Having explored Martha Rosler's eclectic collection of books which covers everything from Marx and Feminism to photography and Sci-fi, this event is an opportunity for you to find out more about the artist's work.

Join Alistair Rider as he presents a special talk on Martha Rosler's practice paying particular attention to books, activism, the New Left, public intellectuals and the artist's feminism.

Alistair Rider is a Teaching Fellow in Modern and Contemporary Art at the University of St Andrews. He is writing a book on the poetry and sculpture of Carl Andre for Phaidon.
