£25.00

Photographer: Alex Hall

Title: Trauma no. 51 (Long live the new flesh)

Year: 2018

Alex Hall’s work explores growing concerns over the nation’s ability which has given rise to an awareness of the fate of himself as an individual, and society as a whole, both in the United Kingdom and the west.

We have moved into an age of information, no longer working for necessary industries but in jobs that we consume ourselves, producing goods that guarantee few basic essentials. An age of automation lies on the horizon, the fate of our livelihoods in its robotic hands and the looming presence of becoming obsolete individuals.
