Thomas Whittle was born in London and studied at Newcastle University. He is currently living in Edinburgh. His practice encompasses photography, painting, drawing, sculpture, performance and writing, often bringing these mediums together.
This work attempts to navigate the duality of definition, ambiguity of usefulness and diluted purpose of the quiet and unassuming two-dimensional image.
