Tine Bek grew up in Denmark and moved to Glasgow to study Fine Art Photography at Glasgow School of Art. Her work has been exhibited internationally and she established her own publishing house, Earth Saga Press in 2015, publishing work focused especially on identity, gender and photography.
Central to her practice is the processes of beholding, how we experience what we view drawing from our own memories and experiences. Being particularly interested in the power of the photograph, and the effects of photographic reproduction on our perception of three-dimensional sculptural form.
The print:
An archival quality digital inkjet print of 256 x 167mm on A4 (297 x 210mm) 300gsm premium matte paper, editioned in pencil. It is from an edition of 25. It is not mounted, no mount or board is included.
