Analogue Possibilities
22 October – 12 November 2024
Tuesday, 6 – 9pm
In this course, we will investigate the possibilities of analogue photography that lie outside of the prescribed uses of black and white photochemistry. We will produce photography which unveils hidden worlds through film pushing and pulling techniques, sabattier printing, photograms, and lith printing.
Digital SLR Photography

Wednesday evenings, 6-9pm
Master the camera and post processing skills required to produce an end result that matches your creative vision and expectations. This practical and fun course enables participants to fully explore the essential camera and Photoshop skills you need to produce stunning digital photographs.
Digital Inkjet Printing

This Project Day will help you take your images from the screen to final professional-quality prints. We will walk through the processes and techniques needed to take the mystery out of this often daunting and overlooked part of the creative process.
Project Day: Scanning and Editing

Saturday, 11am—5pm
This course will equip you with the skills to digitally archive your collection of negatives and prints. Taking you through the scanning process, you will be shown how to edit, restore and export files ready for digital printing as well as for sharing online!
Documentary Photography: From Seed to Sapling
12 October & 19 October 2024
2 x Saturdays, 11am – 5pm
Learn how to tell a compelling story via photographs and gain the tools for conceiving of and crafting your own projects. Covering a broad range of themes, including subject interaction, ethical dimensions, natural light usage and composition, you will pick up pointers on how to find ideas, develop your vision, and self-edit.
